Watling School aims to provide a friendly, caring environment in which children can learn and develop to their full potential and become responsible members of the community. We are also very keen for all of the adults associated with Watling to be able to develop their potential too - every child and adult matters.
Our website is designed to tell you about our school and how it is organised. By navigating and browsing around our site, you will find, amongst other things, information about the standards we have achieved in National Tests and our progress, details of school events, visitors to school and activities that enliven the curriculum. This can be found alongside information about our after school clubs and the extra curricular activities that your children can participate in.
Our Calendar section gives a comprehensive, up-to-date listing of all of the important forthcoming term dates and events.

We are always pleased to provide further information, and to answer any questions you may have, to give you an even fuller picture of life at Watling Lower School. If you contact the school office we will endeavour to arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time, to personally give you a guided tour of the school and acquaint you with the facilities available, as well as those in Arboretum House. Arboretum House offers, before and after school child care provision, a playgroup, wrap around provision and holiday clubs. It is conveniently situated within the school grounds.
