Transition Support

We are pleased to share a range of social stories designed for you to share at home with your child. There are versions for children who are new to Caterpillars, Butterflies or Grasshoppers, along with different versions for children transitioning to a new year group. We hope that these will be helpful in discussing your child's class and to support their return to Nursery or School in September. Each version has been added in Powerpoint and Pdf formats.
